Reed switch is the abbreviation of dry reed. It is a passive electronic switch element, and has the advantages of simple structure, small size and easy control. Its shell is a sealed glass tube, and two iron elastics are installed on the tube. Reed, but also filled with an inert gas called rhodium metal. In normal times, the glass tubes in the two reeds are made of special materials separately. When the magnetic substance approaches the glass tube, under the action of the magnetic field lines, the pipes in the two reeds are magnetized to attract contact with each other, and the reeds will attract together to make the connection points of the connecting circuit communicate. After the outer magnetic reed disappears due to its flexibility and separation, the circuit is disconnected. Therefore, as the use of magnetic field signals to control line switch devices, reed tubes can be used as sensors for counting numbers, spacing, etc. (mainly used in the production of door magnets and magnetic windows in security systems), and are also widely used in various Communication equipment. In actual use, permanent magnets are usually used to control whether the two metal sheets rotate.
