The PIC16F72 8-bit Flash Microcontroller Microchip's PIC16F series of 8-bit MCUs integrate Microchip's PIC? architecture into pin and package options, from space-saving 14-pin devices to feature-rich 64-pins equipment. Devices with baseline, mid-level or enhanced mid-level architecture provide a variety of different peripheral device combinations, which can be said to provide designers with flexibility and choices for applications. The PIC16F72 series of microcontrollers are based on Microchip's mid-level core, with an 8-layer deep hardware stack and 35 instructions. These MCUs can provide up to 5 MIP, 3.5 kilobytes of program memory and 128 bytes of RAM.
