The ISO124 is a high-precision isolation amplifier that uses a new duty cycle modulation-demodulation technology. The signal is transmitted in digital form through a 2pF differential capacitor isolation layer. Through digital modulation, the characteristics of the isolation layer not only will not affect the signal integrity, but also provide excellent reliability and excellent high-frequency transient immunity for the isolation layer. Both isolation layer capacitors are embedded in the plastic body of the package. ISO124 is easy to use. It can run without external components. The following are its important specifications: maximum non-linearity value of 0.010%, 50kHz signal bandwidth and 200μV/°C VOS drift. The ISO124 device provides a power supply range of ±4.5V to ±18V, ±5mA (when VS1 is used) and ±5.5mA (when VS2 is used) quiescent current, which is widely used in various applications. ISO124 adopts 16-pin PDIP and 28-lead SOIC plastic surface mount package.
