CD4052BE
The CD4052BE is a differential, four channel, CMOS analogue multiplexer/demultiplexer with logic level conversion in 16 pin DIP package. It is digitally controlled analogue switch having low ON impedance and very low OFF leakage current. This multiplexer circuit dissipate extremely low quiescent power over full VDD - VSS and VDD - VEE supply voltage ranges which is independent of logic state of control signals. This device has limited built-in ESD protection. The leads should be shorted together or device placed in conductive foam during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to MOS gates.
