The IR2118S is a high voltage, high speedpower MOSFET and IGBT driver. Proprietary HVIC andlatch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedizedmonolithic construction. The logic input is compatiblewith standard CMOS outputs. The output driver fea-tures a high pulse current buffer stage designed forminimum cross-conduction. The floating channel canbe used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBTin the high or low side configuration which operates upto 600 volts.
